Indemnity

Governing Law; Disputes

You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the federal and state courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon, and you waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections thereto. You agree that any dispute arising between you and us under these Terms (including without limitation relating to your use of the Site) will be filed only in the federal and state courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon, and will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
