Stay away from gummies, in general. Sugar, additives, not great for your teeth.

Pills are my magnesium supplement of choice! I have built a “health container” that moves with me, so pills work best because I can travel with them and keep my routine intact. I am not married to anyone brand, but have been using this one from All I Wise, for some time now. It is 400 mg, with some B6 & Fit D. I also like the price point.
