Jennifer and Stephanie Vanlochem of Cook By Color Nutrition will spend this hour taking you “Back to the Basics’ when it comes to eating, cooking, combining and interacting with your fuel. Food is nourishment, and now more than ever we need to nourish ourselves from the inside out. Right now we aren’t eating out, depending on others to provide our fuel, and we aren’t eating on the go. Life has forced us to SLOW down so let’s capitalize on this time, like Healthy People do. We can control some things, like what we eat, and how we eat. So let’s take this time to be engaged and learn new things. We will talk about mindset, the power of whole, real foods and how we honor our food by cutting down on waste, getting creative, and harnessing the power food has when it comes to healing our whole body: mind, body and soul.

Things To Know

  • Call is 1 hour, Sunday, March 22 from 4 pm to 5 pm PST
  • Call will take place on ZOOM. You can download the app for free, or join the link in any browser.
  • No refunds. We get it — life happens, but once you take a spot that spot is yours, so ink it in.
  • Wear your jammies, or at least your chillaxin’ clothes! This time is for us to get real and no one cares what you look like! Wash your face, throw your hair up, put on some comfy clothes, grab a bubbly water or some tea and let’s do this!
  • You will be able to email Jennifer any questions you may have a few days before the class.
