Jennifer Joffe is a Certified Holistic Health Coach who specializes in helping women, particularly obese women, redefine their relationships with food, while learning self-love and self-acceptance. After losing more than 100 pounds and completing a journey from compulsive over-eating and self-hate to self-love, Jennifer’s own story inspires women to understand that they do not have to be victims of their circumstances, but rather the architects of the lives they desire to live.
Jennifer is on a nationwide mission to support women in finding a fresh approach to eating, improving their energy and vitality, and simply looking and feeling their best. She is the founder of Project Healthy Body a group coaching model that is proving to be wildly successful. She has been featured in Sheryl Sandberg’s “Option B, Facing Adversity, Building Resilience, And Finding Joy”; she writes for Thrive Global; she has been featured by SoulCycle in a Soul Story; and she openly shares her passion for being a “Healthy Person” on Instagram, @HappyBodyFood. Jennifer is also the co-creator of The Project Healthy Body podcast coming in January 2018.
Jennifer completed her CHHC at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, she is also a Certified Whole30 Coach, and holds a BS from the University of Oregon. Jennifer lives in beautiful Portland, Oregon with her husband and two children. She is an avid hiker and skier, a Fitbit fanatic, a voracious reader and she is on a quest to perfect her planks as she becomes stronger and healthier every day. Part of Jennifer’s commitment to health is incorporating non-negotiable “me-time” into her daily life.
